Sampling and discharge of the produced water using booms. Design provisions for recycling boom tops for further treatment. Design compliance done in accordance with OIW requirements to OSPAR.

Produced water treatment for BHP Billington offshore facilities in Liverpool Bay utilising a similar design as Helvellyn and Audrey A Platforms in the Southern North Sea, comprising of Cyclonic separation of sand and degassing and flotation facilities for separating water from Condensate/Oil.. Sampling and discharge of the produced water using booms. Design provisions for recycling boom tops for further treatment. Design compliance done in accordance with OIW requirements to OSPAR.

Preliminary FEED for the Trent and Tyne Compression Facilities using PD Compressors.

Onshore:

BP Bacton: Detail Design and provision of major relief valves fabricated in exotic material, plant depressuring and foam fire fighting facilities (preliminary). Updates of a number of pressure and temperature instruments and orifice plates for the site.

Detail Engineering and implementation for the design of on shore gas treatment facilities for Shell and their subsidiary Company PDO in Oman, where the facilities were provided. The Raw gas, piped from approximately 25km away, was treated on site before being sent to gas turbines for electrical power generation. The detail design involved the inline analysis of the feed gas stream, chemical injection facilities of the feed gas, gas/liquid (heavy hydrocarbons) separation, depressuring of the gas stream, drying and heating the gas stream to attain the required dew point and calorific value for use in the gas turbines. Storage of the liquid stream from the separator was designed and provided complete with depressuring facilities, with waste gas being sent to the flare header.

Ethylene plant expansion for Statoil (Borealis) in Stenungsung, Sweden. Responsible for the cracked gas area involving gas compression, compressor specification, drying, depropaniser, debutaniser, and hydrogenation of the cracked gas complete with determining the hydraulics of the system.
